PAYMENT CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

If you want to book a room or an appartment, you can choose: :

1) ONLINE booking

The quickest way of reservation – you can see which rooms are free. After filling in the form with the term, a kind of room, number of people and guarantee your booking is ready in a few minutes. After making online reservation we will send you confirmation of accommodation – voucher.

2) Booking

Booking with the help of the reception. You have to fill in the booking form, then we will send you a voucher – confirmation of accommodation and we will ask you to pay guarantee (deposit) for accommodation:

1. BANK TRANSFER:
   The Voucher that is send to you by email contains all needed info regarding your payment, due date and amount that is 50% of total price. (Account number: 7101010904/8040 Bank name: Oberbank). As a message for recipient write your name, as a variable payment symbol write order number. In case of international transfer we would like to let you know about fees due to this international transfer. As an advance payment is counted only amount received on our account. (IBAN : CZ20 8040 0000 0071 0101 0904, BIC : OBKL CZ2X)
2. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE
   You will receive Application for Credit Card Guarantee that must be fill out and send back to us. After that the Voucher will be send to you. Needed info is: card holder name, credit card number, expiration date and card security code (CVC/CVV code). After that we ask bank for preauthorization of 50 % of the amount. This amount is not taken from your card, serves only as a guarantee of your mandatory booking and will be used only in case that we are entitled to charge you cancellation fee.

3)OTHER OPTIONS

- invoice issued to company or employer (payment of total amount charged in advance
- payment of advance payment or whole amount by card in advance
- gift certificate

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled less than 21 days prior to the arrival: you will be charged 25% of the advance payment
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival: you will be charged 50% of the advance payment
If cancelled on the day of the arrival: you will be charged 100% of the advance payment

Check-in: 1 pm - 6 pm
Check out: by 10 am
In case of health problem or another serious matter the date may be changed depending on mutual agreement. Please inform us in advance.
