Contracting parties

These terms and conditions apply to and form part of the contract between Krumlocv servis s.r.o. and you, the customer.

Check In, Availability & Booking

Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Apartments must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Failure to vacate by this time may result in further charges. Desired availability of accommodation at the rates shown may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.

Deposit and Pre-Payment

We will require the cost of 100% of the accommodation as a deposit. A reduced deposit may be negotiated for long term bookings. Please note all deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Amendments

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, its furniture or contents or should you create a serious disturbance to any adjoining neighbours.

Car Parking

We offer convenient parking close to the pension in the Hotel Golden Angel's parking area at a discounted daily rate for 150 CZK. If you're interested in this parking possibility, you'll get a parking card when arriving at the pension.

Cleaning

  1. Replacement of bed linen is 1x per week
  2. Towels are replaced every third day, or at the request of the guest (by dropping them on the floor)
  3. Daily housekeeping

Lost Keys

Loss of key - replacement of key insert and cutting a new key:  CZK 1000

Complaints and Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding your stay should be made to our office. Please kindly note complaints are more easily resolved while you are still in the property.

Krumlov servis s.r.o. reserves the right to charge your credit card or invoice you for any theft of or damage caused to the property during your stay. We will provide you with a full breakdown of such charges which may include an administrative fee to recover our costs.

General Information

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the information should we find such alterations necessary. Krumlov servis s.r.o. cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (such as fire, strikes, industrial action, technical problems with transport and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary, which is caused as a result of such events. Krumlov servis s.r.o. excludes all loss of valuables and damage to property and any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by you, other than death or personal injury resulting from a negligent act or omission by Prague Siesta Apartments, its officers or employees. If you have valuable items please discuss this with the office on arrival. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Insurance

Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure adequate personal and travel insurance is taken out.

Occupancy

The apartment is to be occupied only by the persons detailed on the booking form. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if it is found that there are persons occupying the apartment who are not included on the booking form and reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances we also reserve the right to retain the damage deposit and there will be no refund for unused days.

In the event of any complaints of noise or disrespect and damge to the property, we reserve the right to require visitors to vacate the premises with immediate effect, and with no compensation for unused days.

We reserve the right to decline any bookings where we have reason to believe that the customer will not use the apartment responsibly. This could include behavior contrary to good morals and public order.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice, however, your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation. If you are a business customer we may be able to offer credit terms up to 28 days. Please refer to your invoice.

Smoking

Please be advised that all of our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with our non-smoking policy will result in a 3000 CZK cleaning charge.

Pets

Are permitted strictly by prior arrangement only.

Right of Entry

Employees of Krumlov servis s.r.o. or nominated person shall be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Privacy Statement

Your address and credit card details are kept merely for the informational purposes of the credit card company and the address details are not passed on to any other third parties. Any other information that we keep about you is held and used strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Pension Galko - Parking your car near the pension

We offer convenient parking close to the pension in the Hotel Golden Angel's parking area at a discounted daily rate for 210 CZK. If you're interested in this parking possibility, you'll get a parking card when arriving at the pension.

This parking is available only in our parking spaces. All our parking spaces are marked with a sign with logo and parking lines. When parking in another place, the owner of the other space is entitled to take legal action.

Accommodation Rules

Dear guests, we ask you to comply with the instructions given in the Accommodation Rules, and we trust that the following restrictions will meet with your understanding. Restrictions must be taken to create good conditions for all guests.


I. General rules

Guest accommodation at Pension Galko and Villa Krumlov is based on a contract for accommodation as per §754 et seq of Act no. 40/1964 Coll. of the Czech Civil Code.

The accommodation contract is concluded either in writing (in the case of a written or e-mailed reservation sent by the guest) or orally (in the case of telephone bookings or guest accommodation without prior reservation).

The contract also includes the rights and obligations provided for by these Accommodation Rules and price list. The Accommodation Rules and the price list, in force on the date of conclusion of the accommodation contract, are binding for Pension Galko guests.


II.  Guest arrival and departure

  1. The guest is required to present a valid identity document at check-in.
  2. The guest is entitled to accommodations on the first day from 2:00 pm and must vacate the room the day of departure by 11:00 am. If this time is exceeded, the guest will be charged CZK 500 according to the price list of above-standard services.
  3. The guest will receive the necessary keys (including 1 central key). The guest is obliged to properly keep these keys in his care. The guest is obliged to hand over keys to the accommodation operator upon departure. In the event of lost keys, the guest is obliged to pay, upon departure, a contractual penalty of CZK 1000.
  4. The guest is entitled to parking for his personal vehicle at leased parking in the parking premises of Hotel Golden Angel (Zlatý Anděl) for a discounted daily rate from CZK 210. Parking is accessible to the guests 24 hours a day. The guest is required to park his vehicle at the points marked Pension Galko and Vila Krumlov. Properly lock the parked vehicle and do not leave any valuables inside.
  5. The guest is obliged to pay the price agreed in writing (e-mail) in advance for accommodation and related services, otherwise the price is based on the current and valid price list of the accommodation which is published on the website of the accommodation operator and available at the front desk and in the rooms.
  6. When first entering the room, the guest is obliged to check that the room is free from defects. The guest is obliged to notify the reception of such defects.

III. Guest rights and obligations

  1. The guest is obliged to always lock his room when he leaves. The operator is not liable for the loss of items from the guest's room if not properly locked. The guest is responsible for loss or damage to the furnishings in the room in the event that the guest did not properly lock the room.
  2. The guest is obligated to always lock the main entrance to the building when entering or leaving the building after 6:00 pm. The guest is responsible for loss or damage to the furnishings in the pension in the event that the guest did not properly lock the main entrance.
  3. The guest is responsible for damage or loss of room furnishings which occur during his stay.
  4. Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic substances and persons in quarantine are forbidden to enter the pension. Bringing psychotropic or narcotic substances into the building is forbidden.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and light fires in all areas of the pension.
  6. Smoking in Pension Galko and Villa Krumlov is subject to a fine of CZK 3000.
  7. Guests are not entitled to bring people not accommodated in the room into the pension, to receive visits in the room, to allow anyone to enter the pension, or to let any person not accommodated to sleep in their room.
  8. Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the rooms
  9. Guests can enjoy Wi-fi internet signal coverage free of charge. It is prohibited to use the penions's Wi-fi for illegal activities on the Internet (e.g. downloading movies) or for risky activities (e.g. downloading suspicious files, viewing pornography, sending spam).

Pension Galko & Villa Krumlov Operations

ACCOMODATION IN Pension Galko Český Krumlov - FAQ

What's included in the accommodation price?

The accommodation price also includes permission to drive your car into the pedestrian zone, plus local fees.

Is breakfast included in the price?

No, breakfast is extra - it costs 150 Kč per person. You can order it when you arrive.

Is parking included in the price?

No, parking is extra - it costs 210 Kč per day.

Do I have to park in your parking lot?

No, but it is a service we offer our guests. At 250 meters from the accommodations, it's the closest possible place to park at the edge of the pedestrian zone, and definitely the cheapest alternative. You're free to use any parking lot, e.g. the city's or a private one, for their market prices.

How do I get there?

When we confirm your order, you'll receive a voucher via e-mail. Print it out and use it as temporary permit to drive into the pedestrian zone to the pension. It also includes a map to help you get to the pension.

Can I leave my car near the pension in the pedestrian zone?

Yes, but only long enough to load/unload your car and check in. Afterwards you need to move your car to a parking lot outside the pedestrian zone. We'll give you a city vehicle permit at reception for leaving the pedestrian zone.

Reception is only until 6 pm, is it OK if I arrive later?

Sure - call the reception's telephone and let us know, and we'll arrange a way to give you the key and other necessary information.
